Ercel Eugene Anders

Ercel Anders, age 83 of Liberty Township, Ohio passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at University Hospital. Ercel was born in Franklin, Ohio on September 23, 1933 to the late Roy and Fannie Anders Lynch.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Marion Anders; daughter, Cathy Anders; three brothers, Vernon Lynch, Roy Anders, George Anders; sister, Edna Wilder.

Ercel loved to spend time with his family, he was known for his sense of humor and he never knew a stranger. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching his grandchildren's ball games in his spare time. Ercel will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his two sons, Ercel (Betty) L Anders, Roy (Patty) Anders; two daughters, Wilda Rhoads, Dicy (Marshall) Adams; sister, Ann (Frank) Turner; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and very close friends Ted and Helen Eldridge.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio. Funeral services will be Monday, October 31, 2016 at 10:00 am also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Woodhill Cemetery.
