Frances E. Scott, age 66, of Franklin, Ohio, died Wednesday January 11, 2017 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Mcgoffin County, Kentucky on May 27, 1950 to Troy and Ollie (LeMaster) Hale. She was preceded in death by her father, Troy F. Hale, mother, Ollie Hale, and sister, Ted Gullett. Frances is survived by her husband of 46 years, Larry J. Scott; two sons, Tim (Carolyn) Scott, Mark Scott; seven grandchildren; sister, Sandy Heindle; brother, Danny Hale; and best friend, Michele Bell. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Monday January 16, 2017 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Reverend Vernon Risner officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery.
