Glenda Lea Thompson, age 63, of Somerville, died Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital. She was born June 7, 1949 in Conroe, Texas, the daughter of J. B. and Ada Pouncey. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Charles Steve Thompson; one daughter, Patricia Hamon of Texas; one son, Johnny Anna Lilley of Arkansas; six grandchildren, Nikki Hamon, Michael Fultz, Mandy Sims, Chrissy Lilley, Jacob and Justin Lilley; three sisters, Marie Lamar Walker, Dorothy Wise, Linda Chester Lilley; and one brother, Carl Linda Pouncey. She was preceded in death by two brothers, David Pouncey and Clifton Pouncey; a brother-in-law, James Wise; and her parents. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Reverend Gary Agee officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until service time Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Butler County Memorial Park.
