Glenn Alvin Yates, age 84, of Middletown, OH passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born June 5, 1932 in Wheelersburg, OH the son of John A. and Izetta G. (Hughes) Yates.
Glenn was a veteran of the Korean War.
He is preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Angie Yates.
Glenn is survived by his wife, Loretta (Brown) Yates; two daughters, Glenda Carol (David) Yates and Marsha (Roger) Johnson; two sons, Don (Barb) Yates and Bruce (Rhonda) Yates; sister, Lois Aldridge; ten grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Monday, October 24 at 10 am at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Reverend Ray Phillips officiating. Visitation will be from 5pm to 7pm on Sunday, October 23rd at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Poasttown Cemetery.
