He served in the U.S. Army during WWII as a member of the 94th Infantry Division. He was employed at Packaging Corporation of America, retiring in 1983.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Thelma McIntosh; his parents; three brothers, Lewis, Arvin and Lamon McIntosh; and three sisters, Ena McLemore, Bessie Brady and Millie Roberts.
He is survived by daughter, Cindi (Stan) Peltier; son, Kevin (Tessa) McIntosh; grandsons, Dylan McIntosh, Alex and Jordan Peltier; one great-grandson and many nieces and nephews.
Private services were held. Burial, with military honors by the U.S. Army, was Wednesday at Woodside Cemetery.
