Hubert L. Brooks, age 77, of Miamisburg, Ohio, died Tuesday December 17, 2013 at Sycamore Medical Center. Hubert was born in Dayton, Ohio on April 5, 1936 to Elmer and Etta (Smith) Brooks. Hubert was a member of Victory Tabernacle in Franklin. Hubert was employed with General Motors for 21 years and retired in 1997. He was preceded in death by his Father, Elmer Lee Brooks, Mother, Etta Brooks. Hubert is survived by his wife of 57 years Betty Brooks, sister Joyce (Arthur "Sonny") Kitson; nephew Jimmy (Erica) Kitson; 2 nieces Vicky (Tony) Riley, Melissa K Kitson. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Monday December 23, 2013 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Rev. James Lewis Jr. officiating.
