Jack Joseph Carter II, age 59 of Middletown, died Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at his residence. He was born in August 13, 1953 in Middletown, the son of Jack Joseph Carter and Rozann Downey Carter. He worked at AK Steel and Ryan's Steakhouse and was an avid bowler. Jack is survived by his parents, Rozann and Robert Napier of Middletown; a sister, Rhonda Plozay; a brother, Robert Napier, Jr.; his children, Jack III, Robbi, and Amy; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Sgt. Michael A. Napier. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, December 29, 2012 at the Woodside Cemetery Chapel with Robert Napier, Jr. officiating.
