Here it is 2014 and this is still here,all the kinds word and thoughts people have left.My pain I have learnt to control but it is still there,each day when I wake jaamesis the first thought I have and as I go about my day thoughts and memories go through my mind of the happy times we shared,the day he was born and God gave him to me as such a wonderful gift,but he took him away to fast.The pain of losing a child is something I would not want no one to go through.I do feel blessed for all the lives James touched while he was here.I still get angry and mad at God at times for tkaing him as I watch his little girl growing up with out him but I know James watches over her and see what such a wonderful beautiful child she is.She looks so much like him and at times acts just like him,her love for drawing I know comes from him and at times when I watch her sleeping next to me it reminds so much of James when he was that age laying next to me at night cause he was afraid of the dark at times.But it didn't brother me having my two sons sleeping with me,I knew they were safe next to me.I love you James more than words can say and at times I ask aloud for youto give me a sign to know you are near and still can hear my words and know the that I miss you so much and want to see you so badly.I know as eachday goes by brings me closer to seeing my little boy again.

To James' family, I was so surprised, and then, saddened to hear that James had passed away. Last week, I sent the family a private letter of condolence. In each of my four classes at MUM, James was doing so well and I cannot think of one student in any of my classes who did not think the world of him. He was quite popular with his peers and often talked of his family #45;- especially his little girl. James knew how to make the class smile with the greatest affection for him. All of us are having a difficult time with his passing because we do not understand what happened. Losing James just does not make sense to any of us. My students tend to get to know each other so well that losing James was like losing a member of our close-knit school family. Even now, before each class, I keep waiting for him to come through the door and I keep thinking that I should not start class until he is in his seat. My only recourse at this point is to keep James in my heart. So, forever more, when I look to the skies at night, I hope to see his shining light. I think of him often. Again, I am so sorry to hear of his passing and if there is anything that I can do for the family to lighten the grieving process, please do not hesitate to contact me.

To Tina and Family, I am so sorry for your loss.I wish I could have been there for you Tina, my childhood friend. I had no clue. We lost Jerry suddenly on February 23rd. He died of a heart attack. My heart goes out to all of you and my prayers and thoughts are with you. Melissa Blake VandeGeer

I worked with James for about two years. We became close during that time. We would get off work and have a beer and just talk. Miss him dearly.

I didn't know James but went to church with Bill and Agatha Roach in Franklin. Heard about James's death via family members. I send prayers and sympathy for family. Pat

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. I did not know James but I knew his grandparents very well. I used to attend Doyle Kincaid's church.

james will be missed. sorry to hear that he has pasted tell his wife and daughter to keep their heads up his memory will live on through us, he will always be in ur heart no matter where ur at. james was always upbeat in class and when i brought my sons to class he was nice to them.

Audrey, the news of James death was such a terrible shock to us; therefore, we simply cannot imagine what you must be going through right now. At times like these words cannot ease the pain, but please know we are thinking of you and Bianca, lifting you both up in prayer and will continue to do so in the difficult days, weeks and months ahead. I met James in our Supervisory class over at Miami. He seemed very smart and easy to get along with. I am very sorry to hear about your loss. We got the bad news in our class today. I worked with James at Olive Garden. When I started two years ago I had never cooked before. James was always very helpful and willing to lend me a hand. He was an excellent cook and person! I just want to say how sorry I am about the loss of James. It is so tragic to see the end of a young promising life. I hope that you can find comfort in your fond memories of him. I'm so sorry for your loss. James was a great friend who could always make you laugh and always willing to lend an ear. He was a great father to his precious baby girl Bianca. James was my best friend for so long i dont know how i can handle this but everytime i get sad i think about all the good times we had as kids and all the stupid things we did. He will be missed by so many people he was the greatest friend and i am so happy i had this much time to spend with him but he has gone to a greater place
