Born on August 14, 1972, in Middletown, Ohio, Jason grew up in Franklin, Ohio, and graduated from Franklin High School, Class of 1992. He later went to Oregon, where he lived for about ten years. After a very serious automobile accident, he returned in 2018 to his favorite place, Franklin, Ohio.
Jason enjoyed being in the outdoors and fishing.
He is survived by his son, Jason Christopher Ruppert; his father, Rupert Ruppert; his mother, Candace Franco; his three brothers, Ryan Ruppert, Bradley Ruppert, and Matthew Ruppert; his three stepsisters, Sarah Burchart, Kelle MacQueeny, Elizabeth Pfunder-Berry; and his favorite companion, his dog, Brutus.
