He is preceded in death by his brother, Randall Collins.
Jeff is survived by his parents; a daughter, Victoria Collins; and a son, Jeffery David Collins.
Funeral service will be Monday, October 10, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home (Franklin) Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. www.anderson-fh.com
