Jeffrey L. Patrick, age 59, of Middletown, passed away Friday, December 6, 2013 at the Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born June 23, 1954 in Gallipolis, Ohio, the son of Henry Patrick and Elizabeth Brown Patrick. Jeffrey retired from Graphic Packaging where he worked as a maintenance supervisor. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Donna Hurt Patrick; three daughters, Sara Patrick of Oakwood, Ohio, Morgan husband, Nick Miller of Franklin, and Meagan Patrick of Boulder, Colorado; four grandchildren, Patrick Drake Miller, Stella Miller, Henry Miller, and Emmitt Miller; two sisters, Andrea Davis and Robin husband, Mike Caudill. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Anderson Life Celebration Center, 360 Commerce Center Dr., Franklin, OH, on Friday, Dec. 13, 2013.
