John Leroy Blackford, age 47, of Loveland, Ohio, died Friday November 2, 2018 at Hospice of Cincinnati. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 23, 1971 to Everett and Joy (Mckinney) Blackford. John was a 1989 graduate of Amelia High School and served in the Army during Desert Storm. He was employed with Noble Oil Services for several years. John is survived by his mother, a sister, Dottie Blackford; niece, Destinie Blackford; a daughter, Topaz (Julio) Melendez Velez, and 2 grand daughters, Leila and Camila. Memorial Services are Friday 12:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am until time of service.
