
Jack was a 1954 graduate of Oakwood H.S. He served in the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserves. He devoted 50 years working in Special Machine Design with 27 years as owner of PDSI (Production Design Services, Inc.) which designs, builds and installs special automation projects for all types of industry. With his retirement ten years ago, present owners are his three sons, John, Jeffrey and Jim Schultz.
Jack was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and a great mentor to many. He was always focused on his family, creating many traditions and legacies. He enjoyed traveling and spending time boating. He was a very clever, crafty and was the quiet force in the room. Jack was loved and respected by many and will be dearly missed by his friends and family.
Preceded in death by his parents. Jack will be missed by his loving wife of 58 years, Jenny Schultz; three sons, John (Marilyn) Schultz, Jeff (Christine) Schultz and Jim Schultz (Dan Chambers); seven grandchildren, Andrew (Elizabeth), Matthew (Julia), Tyler (Danielle), Adam, Jason, Nathan and Lauren; three great grandchildren, Gabriel, Braiden and Wyatt; brother, Roger Schultz; sister, Charlotte Mathena; three nephews and two nieces.
Funeral services are Friday, July 8, 2016 at 11:00 am at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Mark Daniels, officiating. Private interment in David's Cemetery, Kettering. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
