Judy Mills

Judy was a proud graduate of Franklin High School, Class of 1965.

She dedicated 20 years of service to Am Tex and retired in 2010. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Franklin where she was baptized at nine years old. Judy found joy in time spent with family, especially on vacations to the beach. She was also an avid Franklin Wildcats fan. Judy attended all the family sports activities, cheering on her son Mike as he pitched baseball, attending all of Sean's track and cross county meets and sharing in her daughter Liz’s dance classes competitions, offering encouragement with a steady, beloved presence.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Turner and her brother, Len Turner. Judy is survived by her mother, Georgia Turner; her three children, Mike (Missy) Mills, Sean Mills, Liz (Jason) Harris; her special aunt, Blanche Spicer; her seven grandchildren, Whitney (Steve, Michael (Ruby), Rachel, Mason, Jessica (Kyle), Taylor, Jamie; and twelve great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services are 1pm Friday May 8, 2026 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E 2nd St Franklin, OH 45005 with Dr. Clyde McCammack officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.
