I was born your nephew but was always treated like one of your own kids by you and uncle Mike. You and big Mike always had a place for me and always welcomed me, even when i did not deserve it. You cared for me in such a way because i think you knew i needed it. Your love for me has made me a better person, and has shown me how to find the good in people. Your faith in god till your last day is inspiring, your memory is dear to all who knew you. I love you so much and i am so very blessed to have been a part of your life for all of mine. Although we would have loved to have shared so many more years with you, god called you home and heaven is a better place with you there.

May Jehovah God give you all the comfort and strength you each need to get through this difficult time. Find encouragement in our heavenly Father's promise that one day soon we will be reunited with our dear loved ones on a restored paradise earth and death will be no more. (Acts 24:15; Psalm 37:10,11,29) "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." - Revelation 21:4.

Karen was a friend & coworker to me and I am blessed to have gotten to know her. She touched my life as well as many others, with her caring, thoughtfulness, and always had a smile and words of encouragement. she had a motherly quality about her and was always worried about others instead of herself. I will miss her dearly and I hope that her family finds some comfort in her memories at this time.

I was also blessed to have known Karen for five years! She was a co-worker to me, but she was always more than a co-worker to me. She always taught me to be a better person, to always be positive no matter what. I remember Karen would always bring my mother cinnamon rolls and Mountain Dew, and then she would snicker and tell me that this is what a good daughter would do! She always made me laugh! Karen was a fighter til the very end, she fought like a girl! I am going to miss her dearly, but I know she is up in heaven watching over us! My prayers go out to Karen's entire family, may God bring you strength in your time of need.

I was blessed to have known Karen for five years, we were co-workers and I seen her everyday. She became a mentor to me with some of the things she would talk about that was going on in her life, the good and the bad. Through it all she was always positive, and always knew that it would turn out to be ok because that is the kind of faith she had. She was always about her family, and her grandchildren were her extra special blessings. She loved them all so dearly! She was the most courageous woman and I will always cherish her memories.

Mom~ You were the best mom anyone could ask for. You always loved us no matter what stupidness we did. You were there for me when no one else was. You were always on my side. You were the glue that held our family together. Now that you aren't here we will drift apart and become strangers with memories. I hate that you are gone. I know how much you didn't want to leave us. I love you so much, and I am so grateful of the fight you put up. You kept your faith through it all. If anyone deserved a miracle it was you. I regret all the times I was a butt when I growing up, but that is what kids do. I really wish we had more years together. But I'm blessed and honored that I got to spend almost 27 years with you. You were the best role model anyone could want. You taught us right from wrong, even if we didn't always choose the right path. You were supportive of me going back to school, when no one else was. I not only lost my mom, I lost my best friend. You still had a lot of life left to live. I'm sorry for all the times I wasn't the best daughter. I hope you are still proud of the woman I turned out to be. I hope I can continue to make you proud of me. You will be greatly missed.

Karen more than a sister she was my play buddy,see I already had two sisters and when she was born I thought I would have a baby brother so that was how I treated her we wrestled, played cowboys one thing I will remember till I die is I told her to dance like they did on the westerns once, she did not want to so i shot under her feet with my bb gun well I wasnt that good of a shot so i put a bb in the top of her foot lodged in the skin, her being the great sister she was she never told dad cause he would have taken the gun and wore me out, I guess that was why she turned out so tough and loving having to grow up around me,I love you sis but I know where you went you sure would not want to come back now you are with Dad and your big brother Larry give them a hug for me love you all Bub.

Karen was a friend from childhood and stayed a friend. I'm so sorry to you all for the loss of your sister, mom, wife and daughter. Praying for comfort for you all.
