Kelly attended college in Lima, where he learned to become diesel and automotive mechanic, and he worked at JT Express for over 20 years. Kelly loved collecting cookie jars, as well as going to bingo and the casino. He loved going to concerts with his brother John and had quite a T-shirt collection.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kim O'Neill, and brother, John D. O'Neill Jr.
Kelly is survived by his sister, Kimberly O'Neill; his niece, Felisha Klapper; his nephew, Tommy Klapper; his great niece, Abigail Sparks; his great nephews, Dylan Sparks and Damian Smith; and his best friend, Carol Deck.
A Celebration of Life will be 7pm Wednesday June 19, 2024 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E 2nd St Franklin, OH. A visitation will be Wednesday from 5:30pm to 7pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
