Kenneth Lee Day

Kenneth Lee Day, age 75, of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022. Kenneth was born October 14, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Charles William and Florence E. “Flossie” Day (nee Bunnell).

Kenny graduated from Franklin High School and served honorably in the United States Army. After his honorable discharge, he worked for and retired from Ohio Bell/AT&T. Kenny was a family man who loved spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren. On Saturdays in the fall, he loved to watch the Ohio State Buckeyes.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Pam Parker; brother, Keith Day.

Kenny is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years Debbie Day (nee Kesling); daughters, Tonya (Jeff) Johns, and Kimberly (Craig) Irgens; son, Keith Day; grandchildren, Abbigayle and Isabella Johns, Ava and Emma Irgens, Lucas and Corbin Day; brother, Kevin Day; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A visitation for Kenny will be held Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005. A funeral service will occur Monday, August 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Anderson Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Springboro Cemetery.
