Lester Sweeney

He is preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Reno Sweeney.

Lester loved watching and listening to Reds games. He enjoyed hunting, sitting on his back porch and telling stories to his grandsons. Lester will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his two sons, Tim (Linda) Sweeney, Nick (Gina) Sweeney; daughter, Tia (Dale) Anspach; wife, Faye Sweeney; five grandchildren, Tim Sweeney, II, Adam Sweeney, Clay Anspach, Arin Sweeney, Tori Anspach; three great grandchildren, Collin, Carly, Anna Sweeney; three sisters, Marie Hurt, Pauline Murray and Helen Welch.

Funeral services are Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Chuck Wolfinbarger officiating. Visitation will be held prior to service from 11:00 am-1:00 pm also at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Woodhill Cemetery.
