Loretta Jean Watkins, age 90, of Carlisle, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at Hospice of Butler Warren County. Loretta was born in Paintsville, KY on June 30, 1933 to the late Jeff and Visa (Collins) Coleman.
She attended the Franklin Church and was devoted to her husband and family.
Loretta was preceded in death by her daughter, Kelle Tuck; her brother, Bill Coleman; her sisters, Bonnie and Louise. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Samuel Watkins; her son, Anthony (Karen) Watkins; her grandchildren, Mallary (Chris) Karle, Kolby (Shelby) Watkins, Joshua Tuck, Joel Tuck, Payton Tuck; eight great grandchildren and her sister, Patricia Bender.
Loretta will be buried in Highland Cemetery this Thursday May 9 2024 at 1pm.
