DOWELL, Lukas "Link" Michael earned angel wings on June 29, 2012 with his mother by his side. Lukas had battled cancer since he was three years old. He was a fighter and fought until the end. Lukas is survived by his parents; Roxanne Noble and James Dowell; sisters, Alisha Raney and Libby Dowell, and brother; Logan Raney. Visitation will be held at Vineyard Community Church, 4900 SR 123, Franklin, Ohio, on Tuesday, July 3rd at 11am and Service at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, please bring a child's toy for us to donate in Lukas' memory to Children's Hospital.
