Mae McNabb Brandenburg

Mae McNabb Brandenburg, age 102, passed away Friday, July 8, 2016 at Kingston of Miamisburg. She was born January 2, 1914 in Breathitt County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Roe Hall and Florence (Keith) Hall Blevins. Mae was a homemaker, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, great great great grandmother, and great great great great grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Lorena “Penny” Arnold of West Elkton; sons, Cecil (wife, Loretta) McNabb of Roswell, Georgia, Donald (wife, Elva) McNabb of Franklin, Ohio, and Melvin McNabb of Middletown, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by four loving husbands, Cecil McNabb, Alva L. Harrison, Carlos McNabb and Thomas Brandenburg; two precious sons, Woodrow McNabb and Ronald Lee McNabb; stepfather, Jim Blevins; three sisters, Carrie Faulkner, Edna Hollar, and Maddie Hall; four brothers, Elza Barker, Tom Blevins, James Everett Blevins and Andrew Jack Blevins; a grandson, Ronald Lee McNabb Jr., and a granddaughter, Samantha Mae McNabb.

Mae will be greatly missed by her family, neighbors and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you and much appreciation to Dr. David Page and Kingston of Miamisburg for their affectionate and expert care.

Funeral services will be 12:00 pm Monday at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Reverend Frank Kelly officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am Monday until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in Miamisburg, Ohio.
