She is survived by her father, Robert (Kendra) Patrick; mother, Kimberly Patrick; sister, Jesse Patrick; brother, Jake (Amanda) Barnes; two fur babies, Orange Cat and Bojangles; maternal grandparents, Gary (Dianne) Elliott; paternal grandparents, Lewis (Susie) Patrick; uncle, Christopher (Lori) Elliott; two aunts, Debbie (Ray) Miranda, Sarah (Martin) Hobbs and numerous cousins and other relatives.
Celebration of life service will be on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Life Celebration Center, 360 Commerce Center Drive, Franklin, OH, 45005, sharing of memories will begin at 6:30pm.
