Margaret Geneva "Peanut" Franklin, age 72, of Middletown, died Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at her residence. She was born May 14, 1939 in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, the daughter of Robert Conlee and Hazel Josephine Swartz Conlee. Margaret was employed in the Deli Department at Dillman Foods. She was survived by five daughters, Tonya Theron Holbrook, Terrie Tony Conlee, Tammy Danny Thompson, Tracy Joe Porter, Eddie Todd Herring; two sons, Brian Sharon Conlee and Aubrey Teresa Franklin III; 22 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; step children, Victoria McDonald, Tommy Hendricks, Jimmy Hendricks, Edgar Hendricks; and one sister, Nancy Marshall. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert Conlee. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Monday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Ida Hawkins and Franklin Hicks officiating. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery.
