Michael is survived by his parents, Jerry and Regina Lewis; sister, Melissa (Michael) Macias; brothers, Jason Lewis and Sean (Christy) Lewis; Uncle Tim (Megan) Lewis; Aunt Tina (Terry) Murphy; Aunt Tammy Lewis, Uncle Gary Rowland, Aunt Debra (Bruce) Smith, Uncles Art and Charles Wasson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, January 18, 2019, 11am-1pm at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street Middletown,OH with Rev. Jerry Back officiating. Funeral service will follow at 1pm with burial at Butler County Memorial Park.
