Michael is preceded in death by his mother, Joanne Rogers. He is survived by his father, Marvin Middleton; daughter, Erin Middleton; grandson, Nolan Middleton; sister, Tammy Feagins; three brothers, Marvin Stanley Middleton, Kevin Lee Middleton, Joshua Steven Middleton.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday March 8, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Poasttown First Church of God Gymnasium, 6376 Germantown Road Middletown, Ohio 45042.
