I know it’s been almost 6 years since my grandma past away and I don’t have any memoirs about her but I know she would be the best grandma she could be and I miss her till this day.If I could have a day with her I will be  so happy and that she will be here one last time and grandpa your the best and I love u to.Your the best grandpa I can ask for.I know grandma will take care us of and make me happy.but if I can have one day with her I would do everything with her and I know she love me and her family with all of her heart and we do to I love you grandma and grandpa

My grandma wasn't just a grandma to me, she was like a best friend. She taught me how to cook, how to clean and how to take care of myself. She could always put a smile on my face no matter the mood I was in, I love and miss her more than you could imagine.

Bob, I didn't know your wife, but I was friends with you when we worked together at Springboro Schools. I was so impressed with both of you for caring for your grandchildren the way you did.
I'm sorry you lost her, Bob. She sounds like an amazing person.

Millie loved plants of any kind. I called her the "Queen of the Green Thumbs", because she could grow anything and somehow heal even the sickest plants. When Keith and I returned from our honeymoon, we brought three leaves from a Love Plant home with us. We were told that a new plant would grow just from a single leaf. We gave one leaf to Millie, one to my Mom, and we kept one. Within a few short months, my Mom and I succeeded in killing the gangly little sprig that grew from each of our leaves. One day I was visiting Millie and noticed this huge plant I didn't recall seeing before. It had dozens of green luscious leaves and big thick branches everywhere. Millie told me it came from the leaf Keith and I gave her. When I told her Mom and I had killed ours, I couldn't help but get tickled at her sly little grin and reply of, "Awww". Once again, we both knew it was proof positive of her "Queen" status. Today I imagine Millie walking through the gardens of heaven surrounded by God's never ending love. Good bye for a little while, you sweet and gentle soul. We love you, and we will miss you till we meet again!

My old favorite memory of grandma is from spending the night with her and grandpa. She would make me cinnamon sugar toast for breakfast and sprinkle coffe on it so nothing fell off. My new favorite memory is when she would talk to Wyatt about wrestling. She liked watching that John Cena. Grandma touched out lives in many ways and will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Gillis passing. My family grew up on Parker Drive as well, right along side of the Gillis Family. She truly was a very loving mother to her children. She was a very kind and humble lady that everyone will remember her gentle ways.

My Grandma what more can i say, as sweet as she was strong. I always loved when she made breakfast for me, & the only two options of eggs that I knew were scrambled or juiced.Will miss her dearly

No words can express the loss that is felt by her family. She was the center of their world and the strength they could depend on when they needed her. She loved her family and her husband beyond words and was so proud of all of them. They will need her strength and guidance to help them through this time, and as she was in this life, she will be there for them now. God Bless you Millie and the wonderful family you poured your heart and soul in to. May time heal this pain. All my prayers and love to you all.
