Mildred Faye Hormel

Mildred Hormel, age 79, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday February 29, 2020 at her home. She was born on June 9, 1940 in Frenchburg, KY. She was loved by all who knew her. She attended Dixie Highway Christian Center. She lived her life serving Jesus and she is now at home with Him at rest. She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Robert Hormel, her mom and dad, Earl and Mabel Simpson, her brothers, David Herschel, Jerry Simpson, her sisters, Joyce, Annie Fugate, her daughter, Donna Chasteen and her granddaughter, Pam Phillips. She is survived by her daughters, Cindy (Mike) Jewell, Ruthie Salmons, Pam Hoskins, her sons, Mike Hormel, Rob (Kim) Hormel, her brother, Joe (Pat) Simpson, her sisters, Jennifer Spencer and Virginia Fultz, her grandchildren, Cassy, Gregory, Summer, Josh, Susan, Wendy, Lora, Pam, Hailey, Hannah, Deric, Stacey and Brittany; great grandchildren, John, Brantley, Caleb, Kaylie, Evan, Kenzie, Sophia, Kendall, Austin, Brooke, Nevaeh, David Cody, Scott Jr, Kylie and Brynlee. Funeral Services are 1pm Thursday March 5, 2020 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Pastor Dave Bowling officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.
