Norma Jean Scheibert, 79 of Middletown, passed away Saturday evening at the Kettering Medical Center. She was born June 19, 1935 in Middletown, the daughter of Robert Lee Johnson and Fannie Wills Johnson. Norma was employed at Armco Steel until her retirement. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Charles Scheibert; a daughter, Debra husband, Walt Squier of Fairfield; a son, Chuck wife, Celeste Scheibert of Centerville; three grandchildren, Brad Squier, Katie Squier, and Cami Scheibert; and two sisters, Marilyn Johnson of Monroe and Carolyn husband, Ed Maines of Rochester, Minnesota. Norma was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, H. Dean Johnson and Robert Johnson.
A memorial service will be at 12:00 Noon Saturday at the Breitenbach McCoy Leffler Funeral Home with Reverend Ken Fey officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until service time on Saturday.
