Rick "Big Block" Michael Travis

Richard (Rick) "Big Block" Michael Travis, age 51 Years, Middletown, Ohio passed away on September 3, 2018, at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. Rick was born in Akron, OH on September 6, 1966. He lived in Middletown for 24 years.

He is preceded in death by his son, Cole Martin Travis; grandmother, Martha E. Dailey; grandfather, Martin J. Dailey; father-in-law, Bud Caudle.

Rick worked for ELS Perrysburg, Ohio part of the heavy all division for 2 years. He worked with a great dispatch team, Jeff and Jetta McCoy, Ed, Roger and Mylan. Rick worked in the steel industry driving a truck for 30 years.

He is survived by fiancé, Tonia R. Caudle; daughters, Emily Caudle and Brandi Perry (Phillip Young); son, Justin Perry; grandchildren, Liam, Beckett, Ryhland, Rowan and Mason; mother-in-law, Rhonda Caudle Crider; Ella Caudle (wife of Bud Caudle); brother and sister-in-law, Rob and Kristi Caudle; niece, Sierra and Josh Bowling; nephew, Christian (Stephanie Woods) Caudle; great niece's and nephew, Addyson and Isabella Bowling and Braxton Woods; very special aunt, Rita Crawford; special cousins, Mike and George Crawford.

Also survived by best friend, Johnny Decker, someone who never let me down or turned his back on me, nor did I and special friends, Lea Perry, Paul, Bobby and Mike Carillion, Bruce Hostetler, Jerry Hescht and Mike Watson, and many more friends.

Funeral services are 3:00 pm Saturday at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin St., Middletown, OH, with Rob Caudle officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2:00 pm until service time at the funeral home.
