Ricky A. Barker, age 23, of Germantown, died Saturday September 30, 2017 at home. He was born in Kettering, Ohio on March 19, 1994 to Ricky Sr. and Georgia (Emley) Barker. He was employed with Meinards in Miamisburg. Ricky is survived by his parents, two daughters, Peyton and Lilly; two brothers, Chad Emley and Bradley Smith; sister, Amanda Barker; grandmother, Wanda Edwards and girlfriend, Melinda Cabrera. He also leaves many loving extended family members. Memorial Service is Friday 11:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin.
