Robert Lee Kay, age 60, of Franklin, Ohio, died Friday August 4, 2017 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 23, 1957 to William and Betty Kay. Robert served in the US Army. He was employed with Warren County Veterans Services for 10 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Betty Kay. Robert is survived by daughter, Megan Kay; son, Chris Kay; grandchildren, Olivia and Logan.
