Rodney Lafferty

Rodney Wayne Lafferty, age 52, passed away peacefully, Sunday December 7, 2014 at the Carlisle Manor Nursing Home where he was under the care of Hospice of Middletown. He was born on October 16, 1962 to Raymond K. and Ella Rose (Edwards) Lafferty and lived in Franklin, OH most of his life. He was employed as a carpenter with Local 104. Preceding him in death was his father, Raymond Lafferty; grandparents P D and Bertha Lafferty of Jeffersonville, KY., Ephriam and Julie Bell Edwards of Estill, KY. Rodney is survived by his mother Ella Rose Lafferty; wife, Sandra (Vanderpool) Lafferty; two sons, Zack and Nick Lafferty; one brother, Kenneth R. (Pam) Lafferty; one sister, Barbara Ann (Richard) Owsley. Rodney is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Wednesday December 10, 2014 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Reverend Dencil Owsley officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.
