Roscoe Herald, age 80, of Franklin, Ohio, died Wednesday September 16, 2015 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. He was born in Beech, Kentucky on April 3, 1935 to Roger and Hallie (Turner) Herald. Roscoe served in the US Navy during the Korean War, and attended University Baptist Church. He was employed with NCR for 35 years and retired in 1991. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Herald, mother, Hallie Herald, wife, Cozie C. Herald. Roscoe is survived by two daughters, Tryna L. (Barry) Owen, Tina L. (Thomas) Hester; son, Craig R. Herald; 8 grandchildren, ; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Charlene Allen; and brother-in-law, Cody C. Collier. Funeral services are 11:00 am Tuesday September 22, 2015 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Neal McKinney, Pastor Glenn LaRue, and Pastor Sherrill Sizemore officiating.
