Susan Manning, age 78, Middletown, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Middletown, OH on May 9, 1939 to Dillard and Violet (Terrell) Wagers. Susan retired from the City of Middletown Police Department in 1994. She was a member of Towne Boulevard Church of God.
Susan is preceded in death by her parents; son, Warren Gardner Manning and daughter, Teri Sue Sorrell. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Edward W, Manning; four grandsons, Kerrick Manning, Andrew Stephens, Cory (Holly) Manning and Devin Sorrell; granddaughter, Rachel Barnett; several nieces; nephews; great grandchildren and friends.
Funeral services are 2pm, Friday, January 26, 2018 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin St., Middletown, OH 45044 with Pastor Mark Jackson officiating. Burial in Woodside Cemetery . Visitation will be held from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
