Thelma Loper, age 90, of Franklin, OH; went home to be with the Lord on Sunday August 28, 2011 at her residence. Thelma was born in Lewis County, KY on July 7, 1921 to Roy and Eunice (Murphy) Setters. She spent the most part of her life in the Fairborn area and attended the Bible Methodist Church in Franklin, OH where she lived for the last 4 years. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Loper Sr., her grandson Randy Loper, 4 sisters, and 3 brothers. She is survived by a son George Loper and wife Diana; 5 grandchildren Robert, Rodney, Suzanne, Joanne, Amy; 18 great grandchildren; 2 brothers Bill Setters and Paul Setters. Funeral services are Wednesday August 31, 2011 at 7pm at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Rev. Robert Loper and Rev. Rodney Loper.
