Tom graduated from Franklin HIgh School in 1975 and was a varisty football player. He attended University of Toledo (Ohio) and Southwest Oklahoma State University where he played football.
Tom was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Frederick Doliboa in 1998. He is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Doliboa; his brother, Dennis (Becky) Doliboa; his sister, Denise (Bill Fugate) Doliboa; his son, Shawn (Elise) Doliboa; his daughters, Sara (Josh Cillo) Doliboa, Sandi (Dan) Slattery; two nieces, one nephew; and his ex wife, Kathleen McNut.
Tom was a life member of Franklin VFW Post 7596 Auxilary and a member of their Honor Guard. A Celebration of Life will be from 2pm to 4pm at the Franklin VFW Post 7596 on Saturday March 25, 2023.
