He was preceded in death by father, Richard Locke and his grandparents. Warren is survived by his mother, Nancy Seiller (Dale), a brother, Richard Locke (Clarissa), his sister, Erin Owens (Ross) and nieces and nephews, Isabella, Aiden, Layla, and Christopher.
Warren graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in Communications, with a concentration in Journalism, and from Hocking Hills with an Associate's degree in Culinary. Warren loved going to Comicon, reading Graphic Novels, watching Wrestling, and loved going to the movies and writing reviews on them, and before hanging out with friends and family.
A Memorial Service will be Friday at 3:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home, 40 N. Main St. Springboro. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to gofundme.com/warren 039s-memorial.
