William "Bill" Edward Evans, age 71 of Monroe, OH passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born October 5, 1944 in Otway, OH the son of Floyd and Emma (Bach) Evans.
He was formerly employed with AK Steel for over 30 years.
Bill is survived by his two daughters, Shawnda Evans and Jennifer Evans; 3 grandchildren, Nicholas, Anna and Emma; and a brother, Alan Evans.
