August 26, 1927-May 20, 2023
Rina was born in Stockton, California to Edith and Enrico Noceti. She passed away in Glendale, California after a long and happy life.
She was the 5th of 7 children, with four brothers and 2 sisters. The siblings developed close bonds living out on the family ranch and remained close throughout their lives.
She went into the dry cleaning business at age 16. It was while she was working at the Army post cleaners, in Stockton, that she met Frank, the love of her life. They were married 61 years and had three children, Dennis, Doreen, and Karen.
Rina treasured being part of a big family. In the early years, she enjoyed sharing life with her sibling’s growing families in Stockton. Later, the large family get-togethers for holidays and the many phone calls kept the bonds strong.
Rina enjoyed music, dancing and socializing with family friends. She loved camping and watching sports with Frank and the kids, as well as weekly dinners and visits to family. She looked forward to visits and outings with her children and grandchildren throughout her life.
She was a spiritual woman and she always knew how to find the best in people. She was a peacekeeper; bringing calm and understanding into any conflict. She was a wonderful mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, friend and all around caring person.
Rina is survived by her son Dennis Hitchens (Laurie), daughter Karen Camacho (Ernie), Grandchildren Deanna Scott (Mason Gravitte), Aaron and David Camacho, Great grandsons Timothy White and Branden Chaney (Melody Gomez), and great-great grandson Charlie Chaney.
Rina was preceded in death by her loving husband Frank; daughter Doreen Erbert; Grandchildren Paul Michael Dennis and Dennis Charles Ebert; step-child Carol Sue (Susie) Scholl; siblings Richard Noceti, Armando Noceti, Cory Cox, Esther Noceti, Roy Noceti and Augie Noceti.
