Born in Mangaldan Pangasinan, Nov. 11, 1942. He worked for Balazs Analytical Laboratory in Sunnyvale for 15 years.
He is survived by his wife, Filomena Joanino Soriano; 2 daughters, Noralyn and Cristina; 2 sons, Juanito and Cesar Jr.; 8 grandsons, Adrian, Sean, Samuel, Sanctius, Jude, Justin, Julian and Nathan; 2 brothers; 4 half-brothers and 3 half-sisters.
A memorial service will be held at Lima Family Cedar Lawn Milpitas-Fremont CA on Nov. 29 & 30 from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on both dates.
