The staff at Weston Ranch High School that knew Jason, loved him.  We want the future students to remember what a great person he was. A favorite memory of mine with Jason has to be when we first talked to each other and that’s because he taught me how to play Yu-Gi-Oh! I wanted to learn because our third grade teacher said that if you can beat him in a game, you’d pass the class. As expected, I wasn't the best player because I was new to the concept but it was fun getting destroyed by other classmates and our teacher. Since then our bond never stopped, we got closer and never lost our friendship and I’m thankful for that. 

I knew Jason ever since I moved to Stockton around 4th grade. Him and I had our moments of laughter with each other but we never seemed to hang around much. It was not until the year of 2019 when I actually got to know him and really hang out with him. He'd pick me up and our friends to go to the movies, go out and eat before school started and just overall took us out to have a good time. He was never selfish and probably the most smartest guy I've known and met. May his soul rest in peace. 

I met Jason my senior year and the way I met him was from a group of friends that we always hang out with and I remember the time I was stuck with a assignment and he gave me some tips and it really helped me and I am sad to say I only knew him for a short time but he was a amazing person.

I had the pleasure of teaching Jason in 8th grade. He was an exceptional student amd excelled in math. I remember Jason liked to challenge me in timed math facts tests. He had all the students watching and cheering him on. He was one of a kind and I am grateful to have known him. Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. My thoughts are with you at this time.
