Maria Amelia Rubio was born on November 15, 1919 in Jalpa, Jalisco, Mexico to Manuel Rubio and Sixta Santana. She came to the United States in 1976 and lived in Redwood City for one year. She moved to Newark/Fremont area in the year 1977.
She loved to travel especially to her birthplace. She enjoyed music, flowers, birds and jewelry. She loved to be around her family. She is survived by her sons Manuel and Filemon, daughters Celia, Soledad and Rosa, 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
She will be extremely missed by all family and friends.
