Andrew James "Andy" Moreno, 41 of Fremont, passed away Friday evening, March 15, 2024 at his home. Andrew's first job, which he greatly enjoyed, was at Kitty Hawk Cargo in Fort Wayne. Most recently he worked at Mobex in Edon, OH. He graduated from Southside High School in Fort Wayne. Andrew was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He was the family "comedian" making everyone laugh and was a smooth talker. Andrew enjoyed music and working on cars.
Andrew was born on October 7, 1982 in Fort Wayne a son of Jim Moreno and Lois (Roberts) Boyster.
Survivors included his mother: Lois (Bob) Boyster of Fremont; three sons: Jaymi Moreno, Carmyne Moreno and Andrew James "A.J." Mannina; two brothers: James Knapp of Auburn and Austin Moreno of Fort Wayne; four sisters: Amy Hubbard of Fort Wayne, Amanda Davis of Kendallville, Kristiana Pope of New Haven and Jamie Moreno of Fort Wayne; his girlfriend: Sara Marie of Fort Wayne; and 13 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Jim Moreno, his grandparents and two uncles: Tom Roberts and Abram Moreno.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Beams Funeral Home, 200 Toledo St., Fremont, Indiana.
Funeral Services will also take place on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. immediately following the visitation at the Funeral Home, with Pastor Denver Dekeyser officiating.
Interment will take place at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Orland, Indiana.
