She was born on February 14, 1943 in Coldwater, Michigan to the late Robert Horace and Betty Myonne (Harring) Phillips.
Bobbye graduated from Fremont High School in 1961.
She was proud of her Auxiliary President Status at Cassel Post 257 of Fremont, Indiana. As well as Senior Regent Status at the Fremont Moose Lodge 2387.
Bobbye worked at Moody Farms, Hardees on the Toll Road, Liberty Tax Services, was a realtor, and also worked as a bartender.
Survivors include her children, Bob Presley of Fremont, Indiana, Nikki Olivarri of San Antonio, Texas and Ronye (Tony) Gleason of Fremont, Indiana, step-daughters, Traci (Troy) Portner and Kelly Draper, both of Hamilton, Indiana, twelve grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, brothers, Ron (Kay) Phillips of Sevierville, Tennessee, Jerry (Jenny) Phillips of Angola, Indiana and Jeff Phillips of Sevierville, Tennessee, and a sister, Bonnye Albright of Fremont, Indiana.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jon Sheldon Phillips, her first husband, Woodrow Lee Presley and her second husband, Galen E. Champion.
A Celebration of life will be held at the Fremont American Legion Cassel Post # 257 from 1 pm until 5 pm Saturday, February 8, 2025.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her honor may be directed to the Fremont American Legion Cassel Post # 257.
