She was born on July 5, 1957 in Van Wert, Ohio to the late Virginia (Moysey) and Ronald Oswalt.
Cindy worked as the office manager for Clean Pro in Angola, Indiana for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends co-workers and her beloved grand-dogs Lexi and Cali.
Survivors include her son, Joshua DeHaan of Fremont, Indiana, sisters, Cheri (Bill) Karn, Pam (Dave) Hendricks, Deb Jenkins, Diane (Steve Treece) Moysenfisk and Connie Uncapher, and many nieces and nephews all of Ohio.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later time.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to her son.
