Jason was born to David and Linda (Fuelling) Smith. He graduated in 1993 from Whitmer High School. During his career, he worked in sales at an auto parts store during the day and as a bouncer at a bar at night.
Jason was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his sister, Melissa (David) West, his niece, Amelia West, his Aunt, Carol Fuelling and several cousins.
A huge Notre Dame fan, Jason also enjoyed NASCAR, cars, and was an avid gamer.
According to his wishes, Jason will be cremated, no public services are planned at this time.
Jason is in the care of Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.
