Joshua Shane Foreman

Joshua Shane Foreman, age 35, of Fremont, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 30, 2021. He was born on September 21, 1985 in Van Wert, Ohio. Josh attended Fremont High School, The Impact Institute, and DeVry University. Survivors include his companion, Josee Gorman of Fremont, Indiana, children, Jacoby and Jaxton Foreman of Fremont, Indiana, his mother and step-father, Korina and Jason Graham of Fremont, Indiana, father, Dennis Foreman of White Pigeon, Michigan, brothers, Jason Foreman of Fremont, Indiana, and Dennis Foreman of Metz, Indiana, and sisters, Cammi Foreman of Fremont, Indiana, Savannah Graham of Muncie, Indiana, and Chelsea Graham of Toledo, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. A Celebration of Life will be at 4 pm Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. Memorial donations may be directed in care of the family.
