Larry Lar-Bear B. Cutshall

Mr. Cutshall had owned the Corvette Connection in Fremont from 1985 to 2001. He had been employed at GTE Data Services in Fort Wayne and Carmel from 1965 to 1991.

He was a 1964 graduate of North Side High School in Fort Wayne and had attended Purdue University.

Mr. Cutshall served in the Indiana Air National Guard and was a reserve with the United States Air Force.

He was a member of the Clear Lake Lions Club and a member of Clear Lake Lutheran Church.

Mr. Cutshall enjoyed spending the winter months in Venice, Fla.

His hobbies included Corvettes, the lake and boating.

He was born June 29, 1945, in Fort Wayne to Charles Horace and Edna ‘‘LaVonne’’ (Beeson) Cutshall. They preceded him in death.

He married Jo Vogel on March 16, 1984, in the Fern Grotto on Kauai, Hawaii. She survives at Clear Lake.

Also surviving are a sister and brother-in-law, Carol and William Loomis of Venice, Fla.; his nephews, Bill Loomis of Fort Wayne and Bob Loomis of Auburn; and his niece and her husband, Jim and Susan (Loomis) Ruggiero of Port Orange, Fla.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Clear Lake Lutheran Church, 270 Outer Drive, Clear Lake, Fremont, with Pastor Tim Miller officiating. Burial will be in Clear Lake Lutheran Cemetery at Clear Lake, Fremont.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2012, at Beams Funeral Home in Fremont.
