Mrs. Parsell was a homemaker.
She was born July 31, 1975, in Hawaiian Gardens, Calif., to William Hunt and Denise (Ebeling) Hoag. They survive.
She married Nicholas Parsell on March 6, 2012, in Fort Wayne. He survives in Fremont.
Also surviving are a son, Ricky; two daughters, Ashlyn and Piper; a brother, Christopher; her in-laws, Mark and Linda Parsell of Waterloo; a sister-in-law, Sarah and Bryan Fore; and two nephews, Ayden & Avery.
According to her wishes, cremation will take place.
There will be no services at this time.
