Will miss seeing you my dear friend when I visit home next week. It was always great to get to together with you and reminisce!

Shirley and I had been friends since childhood. We did so many things together over the years. I moved to the east coast after I got married but we always got together when I came home. I will miss my dear friend. Sending my condolences to her family.

I'm so sorry to hear about Shirley's passing.  My stepson visited her a while back for inspiration on his own pottery creations.  Shirley had many artistic gifts including sculpture, pottery and drawing.  My condolences, thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time of losing someone who is greatly loved by all.  Austen, keep the creativity flowing with your music !!

I am very sorry for the loss of Shirley to all her family and closest friends. Just a year ago she made an urn for my mother’s cremains.  I’m an Eiteljorg  Guide/Volunteer and have had great conversations with her every year at Eiteljorg’s Indian Market.  A couple years ago I took her to pick up her truck after it was erroneously towed during the Indian Market.  She will be definitely missed by all, and yes the world has lost a unique soul & spirit, great talent, and your  families shining star, Sincerely, Jane Reynolds 

We met Shirley about 30 years ago. She made a custom pot for us and delivered it to our house in Ohio. We have been friends ever since.  The three of us are involved in the arts so we have plenty to talk about.  Shirley was a wonderful friend and artist. We will miss her. Our condolences to the family. Shirley recently visited the campus of North Central Michigan College and visited several Arts classes, as well as giving a presentation about her life work.  It was an honor to meet Shirley.
